Only 12 miles due west from midtown Manhattan, Brookside Apartments features an extremely convenient location for any local commuter or someone wanting to be close to New York City without the extreme cost. Additionally, we are less than a mile from Exit 150 of the Garden State Parkway.
The convenience of Brookside Park directly across the street from our apartments is the most striking feature of our excellent location. Close enough to commute to anywhere in the metropolitan New York area, yet still retaining that small-town community feel is our greatest asset.

Easy Transit

Bloomfield features its own train station on New Jersey Transit's Montclair-Boonton line. Brookside is within walking distance to several train stops on this line, and is only two stops away from Hoboken Terminal, with access to New York and beyond. The Bloomfield Shuttle, run by the township, is an excellent way to get around. Please see their website for more information.
Local bus service is available with the closest bus stop being directly across from Brookside Park. Via car or cab, access from Brookside Apartments to destinations could not be easier. If traveling via auto, we are less than a mile from exit 150 of the Garden State Parkway.

Historic Fact

Bloomfield College, a liberal arts college, was founded in 1868.
